Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team at an upscale HOA gated community. As the Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the security and safety of the community's residents, property, and assets. You will oversee a team of security officers, ensuring they adhere to company policies, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a secure environment.

Responsibilities

Supervision:

• Lead and supervise a team of security officers to ensure the efficient operation of security services.
• Provide guidance, support and training to secufity personnel.
• Monitor officer performance and conduct regular evaluations.

Security Operations:

• Develop and implement security protocols and procedures specific to the gated community.
• Conduct regular patrols and security checks to identify and address concerns.
• Respond to security incidents, emergencies and monitor CCTV and other video monitoring systems.
• Issue Citations to include parking, traffic and CCR rule violations for the HOA.
• Ensure that all security equipment and technology are maintained and operational.

Customer Service:

• Foster positive relationships with residents, HOA board memebers and visitors by providing excellent customer service.
• Address resident inquiries, conerns and request in a. professional manner.
• Act as point of contact for residents regarding security-related matters.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of security incidents, activities and daily logs.
• Prepare incident reports, security reports and other documentaiton as required.
• Communicate security updates and incident reports to the Elite Defense Security Solutions management team.

Compliance and Training:

• Ensure that security officers are knowledgeable about and compliant with all applicable laws, regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular training sessions and drills for the security team.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field.

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Basic computer skills for report writing and incident documentation.

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
